Sign Guard® is committed to delivering top-notch products. Each of our products comes with a 5 year warranty, ensuring your peace of mind and our promise of quality.

Warranty Coverage:
Every Sign Guard® product is covered against manufacturing defects for a full 5 years from the date of purchase. Should you encounter any genuine product defects within the first 30 days of purchase, we offer a complete money-back guarantee. Beyond this period, and up to 5 years, we’ll provide a product replacement for any verifiable defects not including normal wear and tear by the customer.

Please note: All warranty claims must include your purchase receipt.

Warranty Exclusions:
Our warranty does not cover damages due to misuse or exposure to harsh chemicals or outside normal use damages.

Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes a product might not be what you expected. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window for you to send us back your product for a full refund.

Return Conditions:
To qualify for a full refund:

  • The product must be returned unused.
  • It must be in its original Sign Guard® packaging.
  • Include a copy of the proof of purchase or receipt.
  • Claims for faulty products must be supported with evidence of the defect.
  • Please note: We do not offer product exchanges unless agreed upon by our support team.

Refunds due to artwork quality

To ensure transparency and clear expectations, please note the following regarding artwork quality and responsibility:

Customer-Provided Artwork
If you upload your own artwork, you are fully responsible for ensuring it is high-resolution, correctly sized, and suitable for print. We do not take responsibility for poor print outcomes resulting from low-quality or incorrectly formatted files. Our team will notify you before print if we notice your uploaded design is low quality.

Artwork Created by Our Design Team
If you choose to have our in-house team design your artwork, you will receive a proof for approval before printing. Once the artwork is approved by you, responsibility for the final design and design quality rests with you. We cannot issue refunds or accept responsibility for any dissatisfaction after approval.

We will process your refund or replacement upon receiving your returned Sign Guards®.

Processing Time

  • Refunds: Typically, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive your returned product.

  • Replacement: If your product has a verifiable defect, we will dispatch a replacement within 7 business days upon verification.
